The DJI Mini 3 Pro serial number can be found on the Aircraft, on the device packaging, and in the DJI Fly app.
There are 3 ways to find your DJI Mini 3 Pro serial number. If you need to contact DJI Support for help, they may ask you to provide your DJI Mini 3 Pro’s serial number, and below is a guide to walk you through.
1. Find the DJI Mini 3 Pro Serial Number on the Aircraft
Take out your aircraft, don’t power it on, remove the battery, and flip your drone, you will find a QR code at the back of the battery compartment, the serial number is next to the QR code.
2. Find the DJI Mini 3 Pro Serial Number in the DJI Fly app
You can also find your Mini 3 Pro serial number in the DJI Fly app. Connect your drone to your remote controller, and launch DJI Fly -> Tap the 3 dots on the top-right corner -> About. Then scroll down until you find the S/N. As you can see from the picture below, your aircraft serial number is shown as Flight Controller SN.
3. Check the DJI Mini 3 Pro Serial Number on the Package
If you still have your device package, you can find the DJI Mini 3 Pro serial number on the box. Normally is on the front side but it may vary, just look around until you find a sticker showcasing the S/N.
