How To Charge Mavic Mini Controller
To charge the Mavic Mini controller, simply plug in the provided charging cord into the port on the left side of the controller—the same port that the OTG cable goes in.

The main cause is your mobile phone is not set to USB debugging once you set your phone to debugging on the remote will connect to your mobile phone.
i have my Mavic mini fully charged and the remote halfway charged. i am holding the power button down on the drone and it will not turn on it just tells me how full the Battery is on charge. i also Took out and put back in the Battery twice.

Re Mavic Mini – It was a Christmas gift and there has only been a few days where the temperature has been above 0 and the wind has been low enough to fly.
There are only 2 lights flashing when the charge wire is plugged in and after about 15 seconds a low sounding alarm starts.
